HOW DO I CHOOSE A SIZE THAT FITS ME?
On the page of each model, we indicate the size of the frame. We advise you to compare with a pair of glasses you already own. With regards to the head width, our frames are adjustable thanks to our unique head-width adjustement system S-Temp. We supply a technical notice as well as a special screwdriver with each pair. Please note that wood is a natural substance and it it not advisable to heat, twist or fold it.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY GLASSES?
For special request, kindly contact us by email. You can choose yourself what wood will be used in your frame (within our selection of woods) as well as an engraving inside the glasses arms.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY GLASSES ?
Wood is a living substance, so it is necessary to take care of it regularly. Our frames are protected by a high quality varnish. As time goes by, the frames will become more beautiful and acquire a unique patina.
Your glasses will pick up everything that touches your skin: beauty creams, foundation, sweat,... To make sure your glasses remain as beautiful as the day you bought them, simply wipe them once a week with a microfiber cleaning cloth. You can also polish the hinges with a soft cloth to bring back the shine. Please avoid using dry-cleaning items such as kitchen paper or tissue paper.
Be careful, some traditional cleaning products will damage the frames and change the general look of the glasses.

HOW HEAVY ARE THE GLASSES?
Without the lenses, the average weight is 14 grams.
HOW STRONG ARE THE FRAMES?
The Sébastien Geslin frames are manufactured using wood veneer and are reinforced using carbon fiber or glass fiber depending of the type of wood used. This is what gives them both strength and flexibility.
Under normal use, the frames are very strong. Furthermore, we offer a lifetime warranty on our frames for manufacturing defect.
In case of breakage and if they are repairable, we can arragne to fix them for you at your own cost.
ARE THE GLASSES WATERPROOF ?
Our frames are manufactured with raw materials of high quality. The glasses will not be damaged if they splashed by water or put in water for a very short time. However, you will have to dry them with a soft cloth or with a hair dryer in order to avoid any water remainng in narrow spaces. We do not assume liability for any damage caused by prolonged contact with water.
WARRANTY
All our frames are quality tested and we guarantee their manufacture.
We will not be liable for damages caused by misuse and day-to-day life. However, if it is fixable, we will fix it at your own cost. Only the workshop will be responsible to establish the cause and the extent of the damage and decide whether it is possible to fix the frame.
